Papaya milkshake

 I'm always looking for more ways to make my kids eat or drink more fruit and veggies. Papaya is good for your health and very tasty. I remember eating it as a child just with lemon:). My kids love this drink and the coconut milk gives it the extra yummy tropical flavor. Enjoy!



Papaya milkshake

serves 5 8 oz

2 cups of fresh or frozen papaya 
1 cup of coconut milk
2 cups of crushed ice
1 tbs of sugar

Blend all
pour
and drink!
